Way Off Track

Wow, two kids later I have gotten way off track with my fitness. After the birth of our first I halfway started getting back into shape, but found excuse after excuse not to hit it full force. Now that I am 4 1/2 months postpartum with our second child I am finding it harder and harder to make time for myself. I have stopped making excuses and am forcing myself to find time. I am tired of being so out of shape and ready to be the healthy me in my profile pictures. It is time to get serious!
