I love a squat but my thighs...whoa

Yep I said it! My thighs!!!!!!!! Are HUGE! I like muscly quad huge but my legs are outta control! Now I love what a squat does to my rear! woooooohoooo! But all these squats and deadlifts have given me some major girth!!!
I was a way for a few days and ate OK. Why is it you wanna eat sausage and white bagels with cream cheese at the "free" breaky?!
I resisted

My hotel had free passes to golds gym! But I forgot my running shoes!!!!!!!!!
I didnt let it get me down! Deck shoes! Oh Ralph saved me!

I noticed how I immediately bloated when I started eating dairy and wheat again!

I had to dress nice for a graduation and found all my skirts are tight right across my thighs! This has never happened before! I was really upset to dress like this when everyone else was wearing cute sun dresses!!!

I only worked out once while I was gone and hit my gym with vigor today! My thighs are noticeably larger and I know what to do to change them

I still box jumped like a BOSS

I guess I am just annoyed that another part is growing w/o shedding the fat! I still obsess on my gut! I just dont wanna have another part to think about!'

    Yet again, I'm right there with ya! My running shorts are riding up my inner thighs. Horrible! That didn't happen last year and I'm pissed but still not dropping pounds.

    Btw, the fact that you lifted in the Ralph Lauren shows made my day!!!! You are awesome.

    Right there with ya sister. I just read a book that talked about how genetics plays a part in peoples body shapes. Just like breeds of horses are different so are people. Some people are like a thoroughbred, tall and lean and others (like me) are more muscular like a good working quarter horse. My genes will NEVER allow me to be a thoroughbred just a strong working quarter horse. I always said that I would have made a good farmers wife with my thick strong thighs and wide, wide hips that would have popped LOTS of kids out.

    I agree, it can be a challenge to love your thighs when they are not the shape that you want them to be or what society says that they should look like.

    I must admit I think muscular thighs are the cats meow. An old boyfriend of mine was a personal trainer and his thighs were like steel. And someohow even though my hubby doesn't workout AT ALL he has magnificantly muscular thighs as well.
    Mine are primarily fat right now with a tinge of muscle. I haven't touched weight training in quite a while. If I did right now I know that my thighs wouldn't probably fit my jeans.haha
    Hopefully when I thin out growing muscle will lean me out more instead of puffing out my fat.
    Your legs are so long and muscular. I bet they look great. But I can surely see where a skirt fitting snug(even if the reseaon is muscle) would suck.

    Yes, I hate how thick my thighs are too. Sometimes I look at them and am proud of how muscley they look...and other times I'm pissed at how big they are. Usually when trying to fit into skinny jeans or tight skirts, like you say.
