Time to rethink

Well I've been doing alot of thinking here the last few days. I think I need to make smaller goals for my self. I've been taking on big ones and feel so bad after I fail. My birthday is in 47 days. My goal is to be down a total of 30 lbs. I know I can do this.Just have to get my mojo back! emoticon My results came in from the Dr. All is Good! And we had a Great time at the race! Did alot of walking and climbed alot of stairs! emoticon I'm going to keep sparking! emoticon
