Still at it (third post with same title!)

So, I have had my ups and downs, but I am still at it! I do a little every day and it adds up! I am not committing to an hour long exercise DVD, just little ones...but 6x10 min exercise workouts.....is an hour! So I like ten minutes at a time!
I am enjoying the energy I have! I am enjoying the sleep I am getting now! I feel fantastic!
AND now I have the energy to work out after work as well as before! So I can break my workouts up and still get them in!
Smiles! Hugs! I just have to remember that a rest day is one day not months, be ever vigilant for the negative voice that wants me to stop moving, start eating garbage, and return to the way I was...I wonder why that side of me is there? What does it think its giving me?
I enjoy life when I have energy and happiness and am not tired!
