Weird Diet Day 2

Blogging yesterday's food: Wellness shake in the morning, eggs and turkey bacon (Applegate Naturals so it actually looks like turkey and isn't a strip of processed, reconstituted turkey-nasty like every other turkey bacon out there), another shake, another round of eggs and bacon, a beef short rib and some sweet potato, plus two cups of bone broth and two cups of twig tea.

The compilation of twigs that my acupuncturist gave me to turn into tea tastes like... chewing on twigs.

Energy was really low yesterday. I ended up taking another 1.5 hour nap after morning yoga. Practicing clarinet depressed me more than anything, and that set me up for a pretty foul afternoon. I'm not sure if it's just the lack of coffee or what's going on, but the lack of energy this week is really bothering me. Keep on keepin' on.

On Sunday, I'm participating in the Tough Mudder! Yay!

    Nice to see you back blogging! Sorry you are having problems with your lady bits: I am betting that you will work it through systematically with your approach to nutrition fitness and alternative health care. Frustrating and worrisome, though!
