Ooops missed a day...
Breakfast: scrambled eggs with turkey sausage and laughing cow cheese, kombucha, sliced tomatoes
Lunch: turkey burger topped with salsa, with a salad with light chipotle ranch
Snack: yogurt mixed with berries
Dinner: Fish tacos on low carb tortillas with chipotle slaw and a bit of lime juice and cilantro
