Day one again!

Hey all... Today was day one again.

I tracked all my food before I ate so everything is planned out for me and I have 23 calories left for the day. Super happy... I did some cardio at work and walked on lunch. I will do another walk as long as the rain is not coming back when I get home.
I will get some arms in as well today when I get home. I have two pound weights which is better than nothing. I love jump roping too so If it is raining, I will jump.

I cannot wait till I can get fruits and veggies this weekend and enjoy them instead of calorie filled leftovers from the night before.
