Bored and Hungry

So, I've been avoiding the kitchen cause I'm hungry! This detox crap is for the birds! I went outside and started thinking about how to lose this extra baggage without feeling so darn hungry! Think about all the things I've read about in the past but never put to use. Then it hit me! I need to make short term goals! I immediately ran back inside and started working on my short term goals. I'm in need of losing 68lbs before I reach my goal weight. Everything I've read states that a lose of 2lbs a week is aggressive but healthy, that would put me at approximately January 22, 2014. I would love to be closer to my pre-babies weight (154lbs) before my 5 yr anniversary (September 11) with my husband. If my calculations are correct, if I can manage to lose 3.3lbs a week, I'll be 153.8lbs on September 11. So, my short term goals are to lose 3.3lbs a week.

Oh, I'm also starting a journal for the times I can't get on the computer. Wish me luck!
