I'm pretty proud of my decisions yesterday! I had a company BBQ to go to.... so instead of getting my workout in during the evening, I planned ahead and did it in the morning.

The BBQ was full of obstacles but I stuck with my low carb know how, meat. I had a small serving a brisket, avoided the beer and stuck to water. I skipped the carb loaded potato salad and sugar ridden cole slaw. No guilt here! However, I got in really late and didn't want to work out this morning so I will get that in this evening. I'm about half way through with my 21 day cycle and I'm feeling pretty darn good!
