Renewing my goals

I joined SparkPeople almost a year ago. I guess May is an energizing month for me! I used SP sporadically throughout the year, and I'm starting this new phase at almost the same weight I was last year. I have been following a slightly modified Fat Flush eating plan (ask me if you want the details) since January and am down about 10 lbs. Now I'm moving things to the next level, tightening up my eating plan and starting a C25K plan. I just got a hand-me-down treadmill that's way better than my old machine, so I'm psyched!
My biggest challenge is making an eating/exercise plan work while accommodating my family. They eat what I make, so that's not too hard, but they also eat extra stuff that I crave when I see them enjoying it. Fortunately, Fat Flushing helps minimize the cravings. The new treadmill helps with the family stuff, too, because my old treadmill was so loud that I couldn't use it early in the morning without waking everyone up (or making it impossible to hear the tv show they were watching). Now I can use it any time and the only thing my kids complain about is the show I choose to watch while I'm working out
I've decided to learn how to be a little more selfish and just do what I need to do to be my best self. Wish me luck!
