    i could use some slowing down when eating meals. I usually spark and eat breakfast and dinner and for lunch I eat and work.

    Great advice from EVIE4NOW. When I'm making an effort to slow down I try to chew each bite 20 times. It's hard and I usually lose focus after a bit, but it is supposed to really aid in digestion too. Good luck! emoticon

    Putting your fork down and sipping water between bites will help.
