Yea, I am now back at my ticker weight! Drinking copious amounts of water really seems to make a big difference for me - if I could only remember to do it every day, I would be fine.
Now that I have started my new job, I need to figure out where the exercise is going to fit in - too many things going on, especially some that really can't be scheduled - they just seem to crop up from week to week! The job is only 5 hours a week, but then my other job is 6 hours a week, and then there are the volunteer activities that take more hours.... BUT I do need to put myself first here now and get the rest of this weight off for good! I have three kids graduating in the next 6 weeks, and I don't want to have to flinch at the pictures that are taken!
