Week 2, Day 2

Yesterday I weighed in. It was disappointing to find that I had stayed exactly the same. I need to work at it to not get psyched out, and then just want to forget it. No! I can't give up that easily! Maybe next week will show a decent loss. Day 1 & 2 of this week haven't been the greatest. It was hard to keep the eating under control on the holiday. But I did get a lot of yard work done and that was a great form of exercise!
This morning I did get up early and exercise. And really I did good with healthy eating until I got home from work and did more grazing than I should have. So supper time is an area that I need to work on, and "eating while standing up" needs to get under control. I think it would be a good idea if I make the collage that was suggested by Spark Guy today in the Spark Coaching. I'll get started by finding the paper or poster board to make it on, and go from there! I will try to add a photo of me when I almost reached goal in 2008 - not an ounce of fat to be found
. I want to get there again!
