So that about says it all. PMS got the best of me today. I ate my chicken salad and then continue to eat chips, M&Ms, pasta, and what not.
Although, I currently feel absolutely gross, greasy, and bloated, I am not going to let this one day discourage me.
I still didn't have a Diet Coke even though I wanted one really bad because I had a migraine. That is one of my Fast Breaks; no soda.
I also see how good I felt yesterday and how lousy I feel today. I would like that to stick in my mind.
