The first 28 days of my next 60 day challenge

As I posted yesterday, I have decided to breakdown my next 60 day challenge into the first 28 days and the second 28 days (lust like rehab - OK bad joke!). And yes I know that 28+28 equals 56 not 60 so maybe I'll have a 4 day challenge at the end.

My family and I decided on a couple of trips in the Fall of 2013 that we saw cheap on Travelzoo so that is what the Ireland and Italy refer to. Last year when my sister and I went to Iceland I had to do the seatbelt extender for the first time in all my travels - very humiliating. The weirdest thing, of course, was the dunkin' donuts shop right as I got off the plane.

Preparing for Travel 2013

Weeks until Ireland – 18 weeks
Weeks until Italy – 26 weeks

First 28 days of the Challenge
1) Lose at least 8 pounds
a. Low Fat Vegan using E2 and Starch Solution
b. 2 splurge meals
c. SparkCoach daily
d. Document food daily
e. 1/2L Green Smoothie per day

2) Exercise
a. Bike 6 miles per day on days at beach
b. Jillian Michaels Revolution – get up to full Phase 1 and 2 schedule
c. Yoga – at least 10 min per day
d. Landmarks
i. 2 min of Plank on knees
ii. 2 min of Downward Facing Dog

3) Writing
a. Non-fiction book
i. Have it ready to publish
ii. If choose to publish – self publish on Amazon
b. Fiction
i. Expanded outline complete (Fiction book #1)
ii. Brainstorm new books

4) Keep up with 2013 Media Challenge
a. Read 4 books
b. Watch 4 movies
