My New Goals

I am thrilled with having met my latest weight loss goal of reaching 249 lbs. a couple of weeks ago. But I am even more excited about losing even more to reach 246 lbs, My next weight loss goal is 239 lbs.

I have a lot of health issues going on and would like to see as many of them fixed as possible. I have arthritis and fibromyalgia which will not be fixed by anything but weight loss. But I plan to keep working toward a healthy weight and this will ease some of that pain.

I am working on keeping my blood pressure at a safe level with medication, but I hope to lose enough weight to be able to come off of the meds.

I also have as a goal to improve my range of motion in the muscles that have tightened up.

    Wow. 30 pounds is quite an accomplishment. I have lost only 16, and I know how much effort that took. I want to lose a total of 50. I like that you divide your major goal into smaller chunks that are more doable in the short terms. Doesn't seem so daunting, that way. Congratulations!
