I will not break my streak

So I have been exercising for over 3 weeks...my longest streak ever! But as I posted yesterday I was exhausted! My husband has pneumonia so between his fever (like a wave of heat hitting me, bizarre!), his coughing, and making homemade soup I did not get to bed early last night. So I made a decision to sleep in. I changed my alarm to 6:30 instead of 5 am...and here I am, body awoke naturally! Still have 5 minutes! Good decision!

AND I will NOT break my streak - it's only 10 min bootcamp cardio video for my bootcamp challenge...I can do that! And if that energizes me for other workouts? I will roll with it!

And with soup made, I can go to bed ridiculously early tonight (well, not ridiculously early, but a little earlier)!
