    Sounds like you have a lot of things going on. Seems overwhelming, but I think its everyone's norm. On tracking...maybe try to plan your meals for work, then you can just track them before you go. I could do better with my tracking....all the time. Keep going! You have a great attitude. Every little bit helps.
