Day 2 - Yay

So I made it through the day without running out for a hoagie, ice cream, nachos, or a Stromboli. Lately, it seems like that was almost an every day thing. I am currently unemployed so sitting at home eating seems to be what I do. I am going to online school for medical transcription editing, but I need to spend more time working on that than eating.
Anyway, I made myself some chicken salad over a bed of lettuce for lunch, ate a nice healthy snack of nonfat greek yogurt with a little granola, and started a Spark recipe in the crock pot for dinner.
I just finished up my Fast Break of 10 minutes of exercise. Wow, I am out of shape BUT that will change.
