So I just realized that I wrote my whole blog without once mentioning life for the last week or so!

Starting with last Friday (May 17th), here were my activities :)

Friday: climbing then karaoke :)
Saturday: walk to a new fish & chips place (~4 km each way) and to break my feet back into the vibrams, and watched a friend's fashion show that evening.
Sunday: 4.5 km hike (straight up!) into the Gatineau hills (knees were sore coming back down, but we're not surprised :) )
Monday: Victoria Day 10 km jaunt around the city to play frisbee with a friend's dog and help her get a handle on his training (she recently adopted him from her cousin who moved to Africa!)
Tuesday: chilling with my sis and friend, climbing (no D&D :( )
Wednesday: foosball failure (lol all of us were derping for round one of playoffs)
Thursday: pub night! (no swimming :( )
Friday: climbing and then karaoke (I thought it was supposed to be more foos... but apparently not)
Saturday: Great Glebe Garage Sale (one of the wealthier neighbourhoods has a massive garage sale day and 10% of profits go to the food bank: I spent about 6 hours sauntering around before hitting up a pub for lunch and a microbrewery for the Boy)
Sunday: sleeping in, climbing at Altitude (a different gym which has a lot of fun things to work on!). I even picked up a new pair of climbing shoes for only $69! Brand new! They were clearing out old stock, so I got a more aggressive pair of shoes :)

So that was my week off! I hope everyone else had as wonderful a week as I did!

I would love to try Vibrams, but I fear my toes are not long enough!
