60 Day Challenge Goals Stated - Sum up

Below are the results of my FIRST 60 day challenge. The things I am most proud of:

1) Some Weight Loss
2) I have almost finished proofing my non-fiction book
3) I rode my bike 108 fricking miles! OK, this I am probably most proud of.
4) I finished all my movies.
5) I got really close on the books - they take way longer than 1.5-2 hrs. I think at the end I was about 1/2 way through 2 books that would have finished it up.

Specifics are below. We are starting another 60 day challenge - I broke mine down to 4 week segments for more focus and I will post those goals shortly.

60 day Challenge

20 lbs down – 4.6 lbs

Nonfiction book – Second draft in Schivener (Almost – one section left)

Media challenge up to numbers (very close)

Total of 20 books for the year – 18


How I going to get there
20 lbs down – this am I was at +1.1 on my quantum scale, so 20 lbs is -18.9
To get there I will
1) Eat mostly low fat vegan
2) Eat mostly food I prepare myself
3) Exercise – more on that below – done
4) Read the Starch Solution - done
5) Read the Seduction of Food - done
6) Document my food in Sparkpeople – done

Increase Endurance and Flexibility
To get there I will
1) Use the Jillian Michaels Revolution phases 1+2/Cardio 1 - yes
2) Yoga pm – 10 mins - fair
3) Tara Stiles Yoga Challenge for April – decide it was too hard right now
4) Riding my bike when I am off – total 108 miles – Done!

Writing
Nonfiction book – Get the second draft in Schivener
How I will get there
1) Writing at least 30 mins a day or more - no
2) Finish my first draft - done
3) First draft to Schrivener - done
4) Review and revise – all but one section
