Stressful but good week

This past week was extremely stressful and pretty devastating. I was not able to workout for 3 days but got back on track and had excellent workouts Fri, Sat and Sun. I did NOT turn to food for comfort and remained within all my nutritional goals. I guess when I look back on it, even though I need a job quickly and some financial success, it was actually a huge success in the path to changing to a healthy and happy lifestyle.
