Hitting A Plateau

I think I've hit a plateau in my weight loss. It's disappointing. Trying to stay motivated and continue to walk every night, weather permitting. Would like to find a faster way to lose weight......

    maybe it's time to change it up. Add some intensity to your walk? Add a new type of physical activity? Try some new meals? Sometimes this is all it takes to kick our body into gear again.

    Hitting a plateau is not always negative and it happens to all of us. Just try to stick with it. If you are gaining muscle, you may actually gain weight. Try to look at other things other than the scale--increased energy level, looser clothes, more endurance and strength.

    If you are doing well with your food choices, then you can increase your exercise intensity. Otherwise, keep going!
