Weigh-In -- 26May13

So, again, it's the same old story -- no loss.

My eating was better, I was within my Spark range four days.

Last week's goals --

Drink my water. I need to drink more earlier in the day so I don't have to get up at night. -- I have been getting my water in by taking a quart bottle with me to work. That leaves only one cup left to drink when I get home. (I almost always get in three cups before I leave for work.)

Continue the WATP streak, although that may be modified to outside walking with the better weather. -- I actually modified this to at least 10 minutes of cardio every day. Yesterday, I didn't do WATP, but I did spend at least 45 minutes pushing a lawn mower around.

Stay within my nutrition guidelines. Watch the fat, carbs, and sodium intake. -- Was within calorie range 4 days, but all over the place with the nutrients.

Watch my portions. -- I am putting my new scale to work when I remember that I have it.

Continue to take good lunches to work --- Hit this 4 days out of 5.

Cut down on the diet cola and snacks at work. This is the one I find the most difficult to do. -- I decided to concentrate on cutting out the snacks and dealing with the cola when I get the snacks under control. I did manage to cut the calorie dense/nutrient empty ones down quite a bit.

Get more sleep. -- Had trouble getting to sleep this week (rarely happens) but did sleep in a bit later, so I did average a bit better.

Get some yard work done!! --- Mowed last night since the weather co-operated for once. My day off (Thursday) I had grand plans only to have them blown away -- literally!!! It was one of those days where you need a walking stick to stand upright...

So for next week (does this look familiar?) --

Continue to drink my water earlier in the day so I don't have to get up at night.

Continue the cardio exercise streak of at least 10 minutes a day.

Stay within my nutrition guidelines. Watch the fat, carbs, and sodium intake.

Watch my portions.

Continue to take good lunches to work.

Cut down on the poor snacks at work.

Get more sleep.

Get some more yard work done!!

And shovel some more dirt...
