I need to keep blogging and not get too far away from it. It helps me feel accountable, and makes me feel like I have momentum going.
Today was a very good on-plan day. I exercised in the morning before church. DH and ate at a Chinese buffet for lunch. Uh-oh, you may say. But I had a lot of vegetables, and ate only a little rice, and meat that wasn't battered, fried,or laden with sauce. I know that worked well because I was hungry again in a few hours. I made myself yummy salad with chicken on it for supper. Lots more veggies!
Tomorrow is weigh-in day, and also a holiday
. Hope I can have a good report at the end of the day!
