Day 56 - Achieving Goals With Balance

Sparkpeople not only helps with health goals, it helps me stay motivated with all personal goals. I finished and published my third cookbook yesterday. It is a Kindle book (I Can Can Chicken).

Keeping balance is very important to maintaining good health. I can't just sit at the computer. I can't just exercise. I can't just eat right. I can't just spend time with family. I can't just read my Bible. I need to have a little of all of it to have balance.

The motivation and positive encouragement on Sparkpeople, the friends I've already made, the endless resources of information and ideas are absolutely wonderful.

I am truly thankful for SP. I am especially thankful for the encouraging words of the other sparkers who are just trying to help one another along the way.
