Hehehe! No gym though, my cardio was only walks and I did some yard work as well. Feeling pretty lazy and without energy at this point. I'm heading to the gym in a couple minutes, we'll see if I can break this spell.. I eat very well; even though I'm not logging calories I write down everything most of the days and I feel good and a lot less bloated but always the same number on the scale, surprisingly. I eat 6 meals during the day but I think the problem is I tend to have bigger portions than I should, since I'm still having 3 "official" meals plus snacks. I should have 6 snacks instead. Yet again I doubt it would be a problem at all if I was more active. I'll see.
