"Never confuse a single defeat with a final defeat."
Action Journal - before, during and after journal, including writing and photos from all stages.

"Surround yourself with positive and healthy influences."
"Even the greatest athletes in the world can't do it alone. That's why they surround themselves with coaches, mentors, trainers, teammates, partners and fans. Your weight loss goals are every bit as important as those of a world-class athlete."
"Many diets are fleeting relationships. There's no coach at all, just a set of rules telling you what you should and shouldn't eat. As far as diets are concerned, it's all about the scale."
"Choose at least one motivational technique and incorporate it into your week. Learn how to overcome hurdles. Make time each day to sit down and review your progress. Focus on your goals, and think about the positive things that have happened in your life. Look at your goals everyday. Visualize reaching those goals and how you will feel."
"You can change who you are by changing what you say to yourself."
