Day 55 - Still Sparked

Today is day 55. I have 438 fitness points for the Month of May. With a 3 day weekend ahead and a raised bed garden crying out to be sorted out, I have set a goal for myself to skootch that number up to 555 minutes over the weekend. That shouldn't be a problem.

I am working on my third cookbook for Amazon Kindle. I Can Can Chicken!! I hope to get that finished this weekend, too, which is a sedentary activity. That will keep me tied to my computer a good bit.

I will be brining some venison roasts to make corned venison to can. Lunch with friends tomorrow. All in all looking forward to a great weekend.

I have volunteered to be the team leader or co-leader for Spark Memphis. It is leaderless at the moment. I'm on here every day anyway, so I can surely do that to help my neighbors stay motivated and healthy.
