Before I start I want to say thank you again for all your helpful comments in my previous sweet tooth blog. It's been two days since that last post and I am feeling more confident but it's still a battle of course, however today has been totally sweets free and that is exciting to me :) I am also really excited about losin 4 lbs now and hope it continues. I have been biking every day for approximately 3-6 miles a day and doing the couch to 5k program these past two days. Ive been feeling really good about it and my body isn't really sore so I plan on continuing this with a day of rest. Anyway all for now. Have a great day everyone!
