Today was Extreme Legs Day for me.
After Les Mills Combat Power HIIT and P90X Legs and Back this crazy girl went for a jog. Eeekkk!!
1.70 miles / 38:32 Total Time / 22:24 Min per mile / 966 calories burned (per HR Monitor)
And trust me after working my legs with Dan (LM Combat) and Tony (P90X) 22min/mile is the best this girl can do!!
I have a feeling I will have limited leg use tomorrow!!
