Ok , so right now its 10pm Friday. As soon as I wake up its weigh in time!
Ok so I'll admit I'm a little scared right now
But hey God doesn't give me a spirit of fear...But only a spirit of POWER, LOVE, AND OF A SOUND MIND!!!
So here is my checklist...You know just in case that
decides to be stubborn.
For this past week did I :
1. Pray and ask God to help me make good choices
2. Eat a healthy breakfast everyday
3. Track ALL my food everyday, and stay within my calorie range
4. Do some kind of exercise each day
5. Pack healthy lunches, and snacks for work
7. Encourage someone else
I'm sure this list will get longer as time goes on.I have done my part, so if that scale is stubborn...Its NOT my fault.Besides I have made great progress that will not EVER show up on that scale.
I have passed up food that wasn't planned...The kind that could REALLY get me into trouble!!
There is a "spring in my step" so I know I'm moving easier.
AND my food choices are SO MUCH better!
Ok so I have to give glory where it is due... Thank you Lord!
