Well on My Way!!

Well I did it today I joined the womens fitness center in the mall by my house!!! For me joining is a good start however after 3 months something always happens so what I have done is joined on a 3 month basis and after that it's month by month. My plan is to go every day during the week while taking the weekends off. Let's see how this works out and helps my weight lose efforts.
