TGIF I managed to get in 30000 steps on Wednesday & 25000 steps yesterday even though I have only 2000 steps when I get home from work. So, I know I'm getting stronger. I'm seeing the toning in my arms & legs. I can keep up with the grandchildren which was a goal of mine.

My eating has improved. I think there is always room for improvement but it's much better and I have more energy then I've had in years.

I need to improve my sleep & how I handle a difficult person at work.

One day at a time. I'm enjoying the journey. Life seems to always have a lesson to be learned.

PS I got in 25500 steps which included 13 flights of stairs & 11 miles. My pants are loose. It's time to go shopping. I ran out of smaller clothes!
