Juicing seems to work for me. I feel better, I have more energy, the numbers on the scale move, so why do I start and stop? That is the question I will be asking myself all day today and maybe by tonight it will make sense and I will be able to put it into words and write it down. My hip hurts so much I could just scream. Really though, what would that accomplish by to make my body tense and increase the pain. Starting juicing again today. Planning to juice for all meals, except when we go out to dinner. Looking for great results and increase energy and stamina. Until tonight, I AM POSSIBLE
