    Injuries can be the worst when you are struggling with your goals! Will your doctor let you do any other cardio like walking in a pool or riding a stationary bike? The important thing to do is have a plan! Try some of Coach Nicoles seated workout videos and build from there... Don't let the frustration sideline you emoticon
