Well today went so-so. My b/f had a dr. appt. this morning and ever since then, I had been on the go until like 9 tonight. So far so good with him. He does not have to have anymore surgeries at this point. We just have to keep an eye on his headaches and his blood pressure.

Finally got a Wisconsin ID today also. Now I am oficially a Wisconsin resident, lol. Now maybe I can actually stop dreaming that I am here. That is they way that I have felt since I moved over here from Minnesota.

Didn't get any strength training in tonight, but I think I made up for it during the day by taking my b/f's wheelchair out of the trunk and then putting it back in. Gotta get back into tracking my food. I seem to track for awhile and then something happens and I don't track. I need some help with the tracking.

    oh i'm glad tracking week is over, but counting fiber isn't even a tick easier to say the least!
    the more you stick with tracking, the easier it gets... everybody has their own methods, but what works for me is writing down FIRST what I intend to eat for the day, you'd be surprised what it looks like on paper. then afterwards make changes and adjustments if necessary.
    this not only makes me more aware of what and how much I eat, but I also tend to make sure I get variety and balance in my diet.
    a little effort goes a long way.
