bumpy plateau

I keep gaining and losing the same 4 lbs, so I'm calling this plateau a bumpy plateau. I've reached the point now that I'm eating about as healthily as I possibly can without feeling like that table looks awfully yummy, and it means I have no limits on what I do eat.
So the next step is to incorporate exercise into my life. I've got a new bicycle just standing there looking forlorn, and I need to make its purchase mean something.
Once I get the weight loss kick-started again, eventually I can get into jogging, which is what I really want to be doing.
I'm happy to report that my hair finally stopped coming out in clumps, and it's still awfully frail but is getting stronger now, filling in. I wasn't bothered by its thinning out, but concerned when it kept on ... and on ... and on... It's another sign that I'm healing.
