It's been almost two months since I have started dieting, and I have made some huge changes. I drink only water now, exercise daily, and eat tons of fruits and veggies and healthy foods.

At first it was just about losing weight, which I have lost a significant amount, but now I realize this is a whole new lifestyle. I only WANT to drink water, I CRAVE fruits and veggies, and I completely LOOK FORWARD TO my workouts! I never pictured myself actually loving exercise and eating healthy.

One of the most exciting things about my new lifestyle, is all the little things I've noticed. My pants don't fit anymore, my skin is clear, I'm toned up in areas I hated to look at before, I sleep better, I have more energy during the day, I'm HAPPIER. As of right now, things couldn't be better, and I'm not even at my goal weight! I'm so excited for what the next few months will bring!

I really hope to be an inspiration to others around me, and especially to my son. I don't want him to know of any lifestyle other than a healthy one. I hope anyone who may read this takes a little bit of it with them, and knows they CAN do it too!!
