Must work harder!

Oh my , I must work harder , Im at a stand still ! Havent lost a pound in 3 weeks , and Im so discouraged , so I have to bump it up a bit , its been so warm the last week or so and I've been really inactive. I have, however been eating more fruits & veggies and I hav'nt gained weight , so I must work harder to exercise and move more. I've come this far and have only 10 more pounds till my 1st. goal date on July 4th to lose the first 35 lbs. and then so many more lbs. and more goals to reach emoticon .

I have to be strong , as I dont want to gain this weight back! I never had many cravings in the past , but lately I have wanted chocolate almost everyday , had 2 Reese's cups already today , im gonna get up right now and do a Spark exercise video & take a walk while its nice & cool out , I can move faster when its cool ! Must work harder! Wish me luck! emoticon

    Wow, 25 pounds lost is a great success! Congratulations! I'm learning that our bodies get used to things pretty quickly and we have to change it up to keep it guessing (and losing). I found the plateau busters articles on SP very helpful. Have you read those? Maybe check them out in between SP fitness videos. Lots of useful information here.
