Taking a night off

Want to relax before the weekend. I almost went to a zumba class tonight but I'm sore from the last 3 nights, I didn't feel so motivated to go, and I have a lot I want to do this weekend...which includes zumba Saturday morning, line dancing Saturday night and Sunday too, and mowing the lawn over the weekend as well....Wow! I have a lot I want to accomplish...lol.
I think a night off is probably a good idea. I do feel great getting out and exercising.... and I'm eating healthy.. tracking my food. I don't understand why I stopped doing this? I feel SO much better when I take care of ME. I have more energy, I sleep better, and my clothes feel more comfortable! Plus, all the trials of life... I can handle them better because I'm feeling healthy and well rested.
I've found my smile and my sense of humor again. I think that is the most important thing to me. To smile and laugh..and just take life as it's coming at me with a calmness.. a much needed calmness... and an understanding that some things are out of my control but I CAN control how I react to them.
Look forward to my vacation in a few weeks. Going to get away and spend time with my very best friend .....and RELAX. Palm trees, sunshine and quality time with my BFF.... I'm a lucky woman!
