Up and Down

This past week I have been doing well. Today however has been the opposite. This week I have really been focusing on my fastbreak goals. I supposed to go to the gym today and I still haven't done my pushups or eaten my 2 servings of veggies/fruit. Really upset with my self for not going to the gym. Now I gotta do a spark ppl vid to make up for it instead of doing one for general. I feel a little like 2 steps for one step back. Trying to not be to down about it though.
