Ready for a change

I have been putting off commiting to losing weight and working out.... I put it off until I feel so bad that nothing in life is fun. I trick myself into thinking that because I have an active job that I don't need to work out or watch what I eat as carfully. Bleh... I need more of the right exersices and I really really need more of the super nutrient foods that will make my body perform at my best. I must start considering my job as something that I need to train for daily. As a Massage Therapist I work out the same few muscle groups over and over and get repetative injuries... I MUST tone my whole body and be as flexable as I can be in order to stop injuring myself... it's either that or find a new job.... I can't give up.
