One of the things I really enjoy about Spark Coach is the visualizations that I start off each session with. "Imagine how it will feel to have reached your goal. What do you feel?" "Imagine you were supporting a friend through her weight loss journey. What would you say to her when times got tough? Now say these things to yourself". I LOVE these exercises for two reasons.

One: I never, NEVER take enough time for myself to sit, meditate and think ahead.
Two: visualizations are one of the best ways to get spark off the screen and into my head. I can track till I'm blue in the face, but if I'm not focused on (or even aware of) WHY I'm doing this, then what's the point?

I've also printed off the Spark "Pledge", and I've been wondering where I can stick it so I'll see it all the time. I'm thinking tape it to my water bottle, or pin it to my lunch bag. I'll let you know what I pick.
