Taming the Sweet Tooth Challenge

Hey everyone! I recently joined this challenge and one of the first things I need to do is write about my sweets intake and what or how I am controlling it. First things first, sweets are my biggest enemy especially chocolate! In my family See's is the traditional sweet of choice so I always gave into it. Now a days though i've learned to indulge only every once in a while. It has been a challenge still but in this last week I have been doing a lot better. I did indulge as you can see in my food tracker but I have kept it from indulging at every meal which is common for me. All in all I have to say I have been doing great this week and hope to continue this streak with the help of this site and the Tame Your Sweet Tooth Challenge :D

    Thank you! I will try the cinnamon next time I get a bad craving. It's been better though ( it might be because I stopped myself from keeping sweets in the house. ) I have been excercising quite a bit as well. I don't know if it helped but it definitely could have.

    if you are having problems still with your sweet tooth, try cinnamon capsules or even cinnamon sprinkled on your foods and in your coffee. really does help calm down the cravings
