Yup - it's all about accountability.
It's about not rationalizing everything!

I'm really good at it!

I spent a weekend with a girl friend - eating our way thru denver , then to Fresno for work, knowing it was my last week out there - so ate my way thru Fresno, then off toe Seattle to help the hubby - again a new place to eat, and drink... then home for 5 days and out to mom's and she made all my favorite things... eggplant, breaded chicken, etc etc... and i ate it all.. and i balooned... man. i hit i number i have never seen.
As of today - i'm almost back to my "heaviest". Well snap - that sucks...

But at least the trend is down, i've ramped up workout to burn more calories, or at least sweat more!

We are heading into another weekend known for eating and of course i'm hosting... at least when i host i tend to be too busy socializing and making sure most other people are ok before checking on me!

Aiming for a bike ride and hike too! And some relaxing!

I re-checked my goals that i put in place as of the beginning of the year and some are doing ok, but some, i need to check up on and take care of me!
