and today it was/is:
br: one slice whole grain w. chicken cold cuts, coffee
lunch: roast beef w. potatoes, carrots, onions; wine mousse
dinner: flat beans w. mushrooms and what's left of the spinach salad
danced all morning, plus some heavy cleaning
boy all this better show up on the scale this week. i'm getting withdrawal symptoms! that's why I had wine mousse for dessert today.
