Eating habits, relationships, prioritizing.

I do best eating heavy in the morning and lighter as the day goes on.
DP is the opposite. His unconventional employment requires that he eat very little during the day, and have a large meal at 9 pm.
We don't really eat together.
That bothers me, but at 9 pm, I'm showering and getting ready for bed, since I get up around 5 am. When I have broken that pattern, eaten late, stayed up till midnight with him, I've been unable to wake up and started the day wrong...vicious circle.
I have to take care of myself first.

    Its hard, but when others habits clash with a healthy one, you have to work at it and remember you count and so does your health. I have a truckdriver emoticon emoticon friend who eats the same way your husband does...very unhealthy but it is the only way he gets a good meal!
