So I'm feeling pretty good about making a lifestyle change, wish I could always feel this upbeat and motivated like today. Over the past several days I have been reading up on clean eating and I think I am going to try going Paleo. I have gone vegetarian in the past for about 6 months and it went okay. The reasoning behind choosing Paleo is because it is cleaner eating whereas one can go vegetarian and still eat junk such as Oreos. Paleo seems to me like there is not much gray area, either you follow it or you don't so that will give me some guidelines.
One bad habit that I definitely plan to kick is the whole "I will do it tomorrow" mentality. I am always making myself wait to get what I want because I feel like I won't achieve my goals when my life is chaotic. For instance, I want to start eating healthy now but I always will find an excuse like going to a BBQ next week or a doctors appointment. [If anyone has insight on this feel free to share!]
