Okay, back in gear - 30 day blog challenge..day 1

Soo..after a week filled with ups and downs, the quote - "If you don't like something, change it!" has got me back in gear. Amazing how things start changing if you're proactive about it. emoticon

emoticon Here's my plan - I think blogging at the end of the day helps me stay on track so I'm giving myself a 30 day blogging challenge, where I'll blog for 30 days in a row even if it's one sentence.

emoticon Will report on workout and general nutrition stats..along with setting mini-goals for the next day.

emoticon So mini-goals for tomorrow..
* 30 minutes exercise
* fruit and veggie day
* Cook early morning so I have something ready for dinner at night

emoticon On another note, I'm finding that putting a cinnamon stick in my tea or coffee acts as an appetite suppressant and actually makes the beverage taste soo good. I was reading somewhere that cinnamon acts as a blood sugar stabilizer so I'm hoping this is a healthy move.

    Good for you! I was blogging every day but got busy and that went by the wayside.

    After my quilt show I will start again June 1 blogging. Love how you did yours. Set your goals in the blog.
